Woodlands Elementary School

Our students took time this week to honor and recognize Veterans Day through meaningful activities. In the days leading up to the celebration, students wrote heartfelt gratitude letters to local veterans, thanking them for their service, bravery, and sacrifices.

A small group of students also had the special opportunity to deliver these letters in person to veterans at Admirals Pointe Nursing Home. This visit allowed students to express their appreciation directly and brought smiles to many faces.

We are proud of our students for showing such kindness, respect, and gratitude to the veterans in our community.
