Halloween Fun at Woodlands

Halloween at Woodlands was filled with excitement, creativity, and plenty of smiling faces. It was wonderful to see our students express their personal interests through their costumes, and especially heartwarming to see several children dress up as local heroes from our community.
Classroom celebrations were planned at the grade or class level, and teachers coordinated with families to make each gathering special. We appreciate everyone who helped make these celebrations enjoyable. Thank you as well to the volunteers who supported classroom activities and checked in with Kathie and Julie ahead of time.
Students in PreK through 5th grade were invited to wear their Halloween costumes to school. Information was sent home regarding expectations for appropriate attire, including no gory costumes, masks, or face paint.
Thank you to everyone who helped make Halloween at Woodlands a safe, festive, and memorable day for our students.
